Terms of service
General
Dúfa (or L44 ehf.) reserves the right to cancel orders, e.g. due to incorrect price information, and also to change prices or stop offering product types without notice. The right to confirm orders by phone is reserved.
Order processing
It is estimated that all orders are processed 1-3 business days after the order is placed. We always try to process orders as quickly as possible.
In rare cases, it may turn out that a product is sold out. In those cases, the customer is invited to receive a refund or change to another product.
Payments
You can pay for products in the online store in the following ways:
You can pay with credit cards and debit cards. All payments with payment cards are through the secure payment gateway Rapyd connected to Shopify.
Service and information
The buyer is advised to send an email with all the information regarding the purchase to info@dufa.is in order to get a solution to what he is missing.
Dúfa does not take responsibility for incorrect prices that may be on the site. Dúfa reserves the right to cancel an order if it turns out that the product has been incorrectly priced. Dúfa's warranty covers material defects and workmanship of the products, but please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, negligence, normal wear and tear or normal loss of color that occurs during use and or due to the age of the product.
Warranty is only accepted for products that can be shown to have been purchased within the last 2 years, either with a receipt from the website or with a card statement or a statement from an online bank provided by the customer.
All prices, images and product descriptions on the Dúfa website are published with the reservation of errors.
